Air Fryer Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts

To get started, you will use pre-made pie crust, jelly, vanilla icing, an egg, and St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles. The more colorful – the better!

Roll out the pie crust and cut out rectangles. Place a tablespoon of jelly on every other rectangle.

Place a rectangle on top of the jelly rectangles and press edges together with a fork.

Lightly coat each rectangle with egg.

Place in the air fryer for just five to eight minutes at 375 degrees. They cook FAST so be sure to watch them.

Remove from the air fryer and cover in icing. Add sprinkles!

We made about eight with this recipe. You can see the sizing in the images. You may want two (or three! No judgement here) per person.
